Biomi Menu processes establishment registration data, menu content and usage events necessary to operate and improve the service. The WhatsApp list is opened on the customer's device and is only sent if they confirm.

Essential session cookies protect authenticated access. Language and cookie preferences are stored on the device for up to one year. Third-party advertising helps keep the service free and remains visible regardless of the cookie choice. The advertising provider may receive technical data such as IP address, browser and visited page under its own policies.
Choices and rights
You can refuse optional storage without hiding advertisements, change your preference through the Cookies button, export account data from the dashboard, and request correction or deletion.
Installation responsibility
The person responsible for the published installation must identify the data controller, privacy contact, retention periods and hosting providers before making the service available.
